We value and affirm mutuality and
diversity. We recognize that systemic injustice continues to harm individuals and communities. As we
live out our Christian faith, we will stand against discrimination and inequity to create a community of
belonging.
Project Transformation defines these three phrases in this way:
1. All people: every gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, physical and mental ability, and
of every economic, immigration, educational, social status, and more.
2. Systemic injustice: people in some social groups, including but not limited to BIPOC and
LGBTQIA+ communities, have historically and institutionally had less power, fewer opportunities,
and less social, economic, and political inclusion.
3. Community of belonging: we create safe spaces where people can show up as their whole,
authentic selves. We cultivate brave spaces where people share and grow together as teachers
and learners. We continue to deepen our practice of restorative justice where mutual
relationships are the heart of community building.

Time Commitments:

Retreat style training in Oklahoma City, OK: , Monday, May 19 -Friday, May 23rd, ALL DAY,

Lodging Provided and Required.

Site Training: Tuesday, May 27th-Friday, May 30th, ALL DAY

Weekly Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4pm

Friday 9am-noon (afternoon office hours as needed)

Community Dinners: Monday and Wednesday evenings @6pm (or similar time decided on by Host Site)

Please review the following resources in preparation for your interview with Project Transformation Oklahoma!
