There are numerous ways to connect and get involved with Project Transformation Oklahoma!<\/p>\n
Our program for elementary school children operates at four site churches in Oklahoma, Monday \u2013 Thursday. The summer program requires hundreds of volunteers to operate! You can get involved in the following ways:<\/p>\n
Read One-to-one with children<\/strong> (Monday \u2013 Thursday, 9:30 am \u2013 12:00pm) Reading volunteers read one-to-one with children for 3, 40-minute rotations, Monday-Thursday. We appreciate any time you are able to spend reading with our kids, whether it is for one day, one week, or every week. If it is your first time volunteering, please arrive at 9:30 am for orientation. If it is not your first time volunteering, please arrive at 9:45am. Volunteers will be done at approximately 12:00pm.<\/span><\/p>\n Bring dinner to college-age young adults\u00a0<\/strong>(Monday and Wednesday evenings) Volunteers are needed to provide dinner to our young adults living in community. Sitting down for a shared meal and conversation is a great way to build relationships.\u00a0 We appreciate your gift of providing a meal for our young adults and invite you to sit and share the meal with them if you are delivering it. <\/span><\/p>\n Family Fun Nights<\/strong> (twice in the summer) Provide a meal for our children and families (approximately 100).<\/p>\n Pray with Project Transformation Oklahoma! <\/strong>Whether or not you are able to serve directly with PT, we invite you to join us in surrounding our children, young adults, families, churches, and volunteers in prayer.<\/p>\n The opportunities to get involved are limited only by your interests!
