I am thrilled to announce that we have hired Chelsea Jones as our program director.  She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge after serving a total of six summers as an intern, house pastor, and summer staff with ProjectTransformation North Texas.
Chelsea’s journey with Project Transformation began in the summer of 2009 after her freshman year of college. She attended McMurry University in Abilene, TX where she earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Education, Music and Servant Leadership. After her first summer as a youth intern at Oak Cliff United Methodist Church, Chelsea knew that Project Transformation was something special and felt God had placed a calling on her heart to pursue non-profit ministry. She went on to serve a total of 6 summers as an intern, house pastor and summer staff.
The fire that God had placed on her heart continued to grow as Chelsea went on to serve in various types of ministry including becoming a co-director for the youth department at her home church. As she came back to visit throughout the summers and saw many former participants now as interns which further confirmed that God was truly moving throughout this organization.
