We at Project Transformation Oklahoma are beaming with joy, and can hardly contain our positive attitudes and grateful hearts! Last week, 2022 AmeriCorps members completed training at Camp Egan in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. It was an incredible week of learning, growing, sharing, and bonding. This week, members are becoming even more prepared for their summer of service by completing a week of site-specific training, alongside their site supervisors and community church members. Members will spend time setting up the summer library, creating classrooms that are inviting and encourage creativity and curiosity, and connecting with their site churches.

What does all of this mean? It means………. CAMP STARTS NEXT WEEK! We can’t wait to begin our 2022 season of camp! Each site still has room for more campers, so be sure to encourage 1st-5th graders in your community to sign up for camp! We are confident that these 2022 members will impact your communities and your children by being intentional, caring, and loving toward everyone they meet.
