Project Transformation seeking Regional Program Coordinators to Strengthen Local Support

Nashville, Tennessee (Jan. 6, 2026) – Project Transformation Tennessee (PT) seeks Regional Program Coordinators to strengthen local support of program offerings. Regional Program Coordinators connect with and support the college-age young adults, children, and churches who are active in PT’s programs to ensure the highest quality experience possible.  

Through leadership and ministry with five neighborhood churches across Middle Tennessee, PT is eager to continue support community transformation, build relationships with local families, and develop young leaders within the Tennessee Western Kentucky Conference of the United Methodist Church.  

Competitive applicants will be relational leaders who understand the power of developmental relationships, are passionate about connecting with their local community, and are highly organized, flexible, communicative individuals.  

Compensation for the Regional Program Coordinator will include $20 per hour, a cell phone stipend, and some reimbursement for travel.
