Project Transformation Tennessee is thrilled to introduce our newest staff member Sarah McCormick, who joins us May 19 as the Director of Leadership Development.sarahmccormick

Sarah first connected with Project Transformation while in seminary in Dallas, TX. Hearing the stories of the ministry beginning with a scribble on a napkin and growing into an incredible multifaceted model for ministry, she was inspired and dreamed to one day see Project Transformation come to life in Tennessee, her home state.

Sarah joined the staff of Project Transformation Tennessee in 2014 as the Director of Leadership Development after serving as the Minister of Missions and Outreach at West End United Methodist Church in Nashville, TN. “The way Project Transformation Tennessee trains and equips young people for mission and ministry is unmatched,” Sarah says. “I am excited to see how these young people will impact their communities, the church, and the world.”

Originally from Memphis, TN, Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Lambuth University, and earned her Masters of Theological Studies from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. Sarah loves movies, music, DIY home projects and spending time with family and friends.
