Afterschool Program Participant Registration

Thanks for your interest in our 2026-2027 Afterschool program! Registration will begin soon!

We will register participants for the following programs:

• Birchstone Village Apartments in Madison, TN (Grades K-5)

This school year our program will meet on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:30-6:00pm, beginning on Monday, October 19 and ending on Tuesday, May 4. We follow the MNPS academic calendar and school closure policies.

Please fill out one form for each child you are registering. Limited spaces are available and you may be placed on a waitlist if the program fills up.
