After your application and reference responses are received, you will be contacted by Project Transformation staff to schedule a virtual interview.
Intern – This is a great position to begin with at Project Transformation! As an intern, you will lead the program for elementary-age students with curriculum providing a variety of activities, including art, recreation, literacy, social-emotional learning, and more.
Site Coordinator- This is a leadership position that is best for those returning to Project Transformation for an additional summer or those with strong experience leading a team. Site Coordinators lead their team, handle administrative tasks related to their program, coordinate with their host church and volunteers, and communicate between team members, Project Transformation staff, and host church staff.
House Pastor– This is a leadership position that is best for those with an interest in young adult ministry or counseling, or those returning to Project Transformation! House Pastors are responsible for many aspects of the intentional community life during the summer. This includes facilitating weekly worship and fellowship, providing support for interns, and managing housing operations.
