Site Coordinator

Summary

In the spirit of the mission of Project Transformation, the Site Coordinator provides leadership to their summer program team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their program site, ensuring exemplary programming for Project Transformation families.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Supervise your summer program team.
  2. Lead planning, adaptation, and implementation of weekly curriculum.
  3. Oversee risk management, ensuring the program is safe and fun!
  4. Manage program attendance and engagement, working with families to remove barriers to full engagement in the program.
  5. Serve as the liaison between your team and the host church.
  6. Lead with a spirit of flexibility and gratitude.
  7. Oversee the food program, receiving and distributing meals, keeping accurate records, and ensuring compliance with food program partners.
  8. Lead behavior regulation strategies for participants, grounded in restorative practices and developmental relationships.
  9. Work collaboratively with other Site Coordinators PT staff.

Compensation: $4,400 + housing + most meals

Dates: May 29, 2025 – July 25, 2025
